Finally Tau are here..! At a wrong time!

Note: This is partly a rant!

Tau are finally here. I've waited for this moment for so long, but I find that this is not a happy day. Last Month the WoC came out, and due to that (and some video games) I can only afford the codex, which makes me pissed. If the all-mighty GW told us who come next - like before (I believe Tomb Kings were the last one?) it was 2 months before the release - I wouldn't have this problem. Well I can always hope that I'll be able to buy some new Tau models during the Summer..

Atleast the models look good. Even though they look fantastic, they are really overpriced.. Only set that feels like it should cost that much would probably be the Tau Pathfinders. I would've even been okay witha cost of 30 e for them.

This wasn't such a bad thing though. Now I at least know that I should start repainting and repairing my old Tau army (first 40k army I ever started).  Just after I've done some of the WoC. This will also mean that I'll probably re-do my Tau's fluff. Instead of controlling a lava-planet, I might make it so that they control a jungle planet instead.

Also as a side note, I've been thinking about my Space Marine's colour scheme and I've come to a conclusion that it's not working out for me. That is why I'll make a new colour scheme for them (starting with Space Hulk models). The fluff will stay the same though.

In other words.. I'll upload more stuff here in the future again. :DD

I've been sick today.. I had a small fever at the morning, but now I feel better.. Anyways...

We have found many remains, most just skulls, but few pieces of Terminator Armour were found. Most of the armours wore the Ultramarine colours, with the helmets being white.
We also found something, rather unexpected. Blood Angel armour, holding a chalice, that was thought long lost.. The Blood Angel was just sitting there, long dead, looking at the emptiness of the room. The armour made us feel sorrow, for our fallen brother, whom hold the same gene-seed as we do...

Showcase; Grand Officer Danius Poile

I've always loved the model, and when I got him from my friend, I just had to paint it as soon as possible!
I had some difficulties deciding how to paint him, and I'm very pleased with the result.

Danius Poile is the Grand Officer of Cardano System, commanding all the Imperial Guard Regiments that fight there. His superior tactics have helped him defeat almost any battle fought. It is believed that Cardano System would have been lost long time ago, if he wouldn't be in command.

Space Marines; My history as a wargamer; marines and Terminator for The Red Terror

Long time no update!
I'm back, and this time to show you that I've actually painted 1 miniature in a month! I really need some inspiration, so I thought to start talking about the inspiration for the colour scheme.
But first, some pictures!

I won't be adding any fluff about him today, as I don't want this to be too big..

Now.. About 8 years ago, I was introduced to this hobby by my friends, and I just fell in love with the old Lizardmen. about in a week after that I got my first starter set. The one that comes with 5 space marines, one of which has a Missile Launcher. I was kinda confused back then as one of the marines was blue, while the other were grey. I painted them quite many times and even though they are not so fun to look at, I still like them. they were also my origin to my current Marine scheme. After that box, I got a box of 10 skink archers, but that's another story.

As you can see their colour scheme is quite close. The old marines got me some inspiration for sometime, but now I've ran out of inspiration, and need some to continue painting the metal box users. Now, here are 2 other Black Tears marines:

Showcase; Dark Apostle Evrusthas

I just had to buy Huron the Blackheart, even though I don't collect Chaos Space Marines. The mini was easy to assemble and made a small conversion. I painted it in Word Bearers theme, and I have to say, it was fun painting it! :D

Evrusthas is the leader of the Word Bearers in Cardano system, leading them with his sorcerer apprentice. Evrusthas came to the system when the warp storm came, during 600.M41, that made the system filled with disorder, making it a perfect system to conquer. But.. the Word Bearers weren't the only traitor Space Marines that had their eyes on the system. Another warband launched their invasion at the same time as the Word Bearers. The two warbands have been fighting each other quite often, but they have also united their forces against others. One thing is for sure, that the alliances don't last long.. Evrusthas was a Chaplain before the Horus Heresy, and has commanded his forces so long, that his skin is dead and you can even see his bones and skull.. Evrusthas comands the forces from Denectus, seeing it's desert lands easy to taint. Evrusthas' one goal in conquering the system is so that he could sacrifice it to the daemon prince Lorgar: the Primarch of the Word Bearers and in return he'd wish to become a mortal being like Lorgar.. To become a daemon prince..

Welcome; Introduction; Fluff

Hello and welcome to my blog! :D
This blog is about my forces in the grim dark future of the 41st millenium. The fluff of the forces are centered into one system, called Cardano. Please enjoy; The blog will have pictures of my four 40k armies and some fluff sometimes. There may even be some tutorials and battle reports, depending on if I actually make some.

Fluff is usually written with cursives, and everything else without.

Now here is some main fluff on the system:

Cardano system is made from a large star, 4 (partly) livable planets and 2 gas giants. Cardano system was found by the Imperium of Man during the great crusade. Cardano system is in the Eastern Fringe, locaded next to Ultramar and Tau Empire. Here are the livable planets listed from (currently) the closest planet from the star to the furthest planet:
Shairia - A planet currently under Tau Empire's control. High amount of resources hidden beneath.
Denectus - Black Tears' main training planet, with only one fortress remaining due to the traitor Space Marines that have taken the North.
Bromitus - A planet evacuated due to the Necrons that have taken control. Few forces have been sent there from time to time.
Thenchor - A frozen planet, that is the current capitol of the system and is in the greatest shape.
